The Ottawa Citizen has published a new edition of its annual Dining Guide, highlighting where to eat around the city.
Written by the Citizen’s restaurant critic Anne DesBrisay, who also blogs about the city’s food scene at CapitalDining.ca, the 2009 guide is more of a neighborhood restaurant directory than a “best in the city” ranking.
