If you’re interested specifically in Charlottetown, PEI’s capital city, check out the housing market forecasts and statistics from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC).
Charlottetown, a city of just under 35,000 people, is one of Canada’s more affordable housing markets. The CMHC reports that the average home sale price so far in 2009 is roughly CAD$175,000.
