Alberta Immigration needs your help
We received a request from ZINC Research and Twist Marketing, who are working on behalf of Alberta Employment and Immigration, to approach our readers about participating in focus group research.
The research is about the Government of Alberta’s Immigration Website.
Here’s what they’re looking for:
ZINC Research and Twist Marketing are seeking participants to spend from 45 to 90 minutes with them either at a focus group facility or online to share your opinions on the portal and how helpful online resources are in the immigration experience. There will be a cash honorarium for your participation.
If you are interested in participating, please follow the link below and complete the short questionnaire. They are collecting some profiling (no household income) and contact information (name, e-mail and telephone number) to ensure that they can talk to a diverse group of immigrants, prospective immigrants, and settlement services staff.

Focus groups will be held in Edmonton March 10 to 12, 2011. Online focus groups with international participants will be held during the week of March 14 2011.
Thanks for your assistance. We are positive that in listening to people like you, this research will assist the Alberta Government in fine-tuning and assisting immigrants in their transition to the new life in our province.
They’re asking you to complete their qualification questionnaire BEFORE MARCH 7, 2011.
And they are particularly interested in talking to people who are living in, or coming from, the US or the UK.
Thanks!
