Auteur Michael Pollan, who wrote the thought-provoking book, Le dilemme de l'Omnivore, et, plus récemment,, En défense de la nourriture: An Eater’s Manifesto, is appearing at a benefit event for the farm that begins at 1 h.
In addition to the appearance by Pollan, the afternoon will include guided tours of the farm, as well as live music and entertainment. Bring a picnic lunch!
