But things will begin to change in 2010. The CMHC predicts that both home sales and housing starts will begin to rebound next year, ä¾¡æ ¼ã¯ã¾ãŸã¯ãã®è¿‘ã残るã‹ã‚‚ã—ã‚Œãªã„㌠2009 レベル.
