カナダã§ã®ç”Ÿæ´»…an experience that permanently changes most American expats
Despite its rather inflammatory title, å±é™º! A Nation of Socialists Lurks Just Across Our Border!, ã™ã‚‹ã“ã¨ã«ã‚ˆã£ã¦ã€ã“ã®ä½œå“ ビル·マン 㧠Huffington Postã® actually contains some thoughtful commentary about the experiences of Americans living in Canada.
“カナダã§ã®ç”Ÿæ´»,” he writes, “is an experience that permanently changes most American expats.”
Comparing life in the United States versus Canada, å½¼ã¯è¨€ã†, “There are significant differences in our two countries, 㨠there’s a whole lot we can learn from our more civilized and less materialistic northern neighbors.”
å½¼ã®è€ƒãˆã®ä¸ã§:
ã‚ãªãŸãŒå¦ã¶ä¸€ã¤ã®ä¸»è¦ãªäº‹ãŒã‚ã‚‹ã“ã¨ãŒã‚ã‚‹ a bit of socialism, properly applied, benefits everyone — and makes for a better society. 㨠in the current health-care debate, we could learn a lot from our closest neighbors, ãŒ, ã„ã¤ã‚‚ã®ã‚ˆã†ã«, we probably won’t.
(It’s also sure as hell nice to live in a safe place without handguns. But we’ll save that for another day).
皮肉ãªã“ã¨ã«, ãã‚Œã¯ç±³ã‚’入力ã™ã‚‹ã‚ˆã†ã«é›£ã—ãã€ä»Šé€±ã . カナダ. パスãƒãƒ¼ãƒˆã¾ãŸã¯æ‹¡å¼µI.D. 今必è¦ã¨ã•ã‚Œã‚‹.
That’s absurd. If anything, ãã‚Œã¯ä»–ã®æ–¹æ³•ã§å›žé¿ã™ã¹ãã§ã‚ã‚‹. çµå±€ã®ã¨ã“ã‚, WE’RE the loud, gun-owning types living downstairs who could know or care less about their neighbors. And who don’t have medical insurance….
