Is Canada “stealing talent from Uncle Sam?“

De acordo com uma recente Maclean artigo:

It is these workers Ottawa has been targeting, and its efforts appear to be paying off. Durante o período de 1998 para 2008, the number of skilled workers coming into the country from the United States more than doubled, a partir de 1,969 para 4,085.
